Easee, the company behind ‘the world’s smartest Electric Vehicles (EV) charging robot’, is recruiting for an Installer Relationship Manager to join our organisation based in our Glasgow office. What are you going to do?

• Regular meetings with installers to ensure SLA targets and quality standards are met
• Ensure installers hold sufficient stock to fulfil pipeline
• Sales forecasting based upon MO indications
• First point of contact for installer enquiries
• Ensure installer and MO billing accurate on bi-weekly basis
• Work on ERP system to ensure accounting information accurate and installers paid on time
• Liaise with sales and customer excellence to achieve resolution of customer issues
• This is a new role and tasks will be added as the position develops.
